Promotion of your new releases and catalogue is essential in the every changing digital market. Making people aware when you have a new release out and where they can buy it are of course nothing new but the ways in which we can do that are constantly evolving. Using Myspace, stores players, banners, links from your website to stores that are selling your music, emails to your fan database, etc are all very important ways to market and promote your catalogue.

As part of the service we carry out a weekly newsletter to all the stores to highlight the new releases and labels coming up as well as a more tailored approach to the promotions contact at each store, highlighting our new releases that week. This has enabled us to get a high percentage ratio of our labels and their releases featured on stores.

We also have a compilation series with Serato Scratch where internationally reknowned guest Dj’s mix tracks from the EPM label catalogue as well as our own Podcast series which features guest DJ mixers cutting up the EPM digital catalogue into hour long DJ mixes for the public to check out and play. The mix is then promoted to the world media. The purpose of this is to draw attention to music that a customer buying downloads may not know, i.e a customer may download the mix because of the guest DJ mixer and then find out tracks or a label they never knew about.

EPM’s UK office in London provides additional promotional services across the globe to press, radio and club/DJ for all forms of music and events spanning electronic, techno, electro, house, leftfield and experimental music. This is a release based service for albums and singles across all platforms of printed and online media as well as radio and club.
